No Dad

He went and left us. Mum says that he has gone to England and won't be back for ages, but that is a bit beyond me. I've found one of his socks and I won't let go.........Mum thinks that is really gross!

I helped to do the washing today and hid one of her slippers amongst the pile. She looks really funny with one clean one and a very mucky one. Now that I've taught her how to do it happen she'll have a matching pair tomorrow.

My Prescription

I'm sick again! Dad noticed a lump on my side earlier today and whisked me off to the clinic. It appears that it isn't anything to worry about and is just a reaction to all the drugs I've had recently.
Mum had to go to the chemists.........yes, the human one, to get my prescription filled. More tablets to take because of the tablets I had a couple of weeks ago. Very strange!
A lady ran after us whilst we were out walking this afternoon. It appears that my brother, Taco, lives with her and she has invited me around for tea. I can't wait and Mum says that she will take her camera. Lucky me!

Clever Mum

Mum took me down to the church square this afternoon and treated me to a new ball. It only cost a euro thank goodness as I popped it within minutes but it was just as good then!

Charlotte came to stay this morning but went off to a birthday party later. Little Lottie didn't get invited though and stayed to play with me.

Uncle Dave borrowed Mum's camera and did a video of us chasing my ball and Mum was clever enough to include it in my blog. Isn't it good?

Dad says that I can have a proper football tomorrow..............Blackburn Rovers or Accy Stanley.........what will I choose?

Wow.....Look at Me!

Playtime

Mum and I collected Charlotte from the nursery this afternoon and spent some time in the park.

She talked me into having a go on the slide......
I think I liked it and maybe I could try the swings next time!

Busy Blogging

I had a really lovely day. I helped Mum to do the cleaning this morning
...well I think I did!

She isn't too happy now that I can jump onto the bed and got a little cross when I pulled the sheet the wrong way. I thought it was funny!

We went for a walk this afternoon and got caught in the rain. I've never been out in it before.......well weird.

Mum took a pic of me doing my blog. At least she got my good side this time.

Back to the Clinic.......Again!

I finished the last of my tablets yesterday and Mum took me to see the vet this morning. It's horrid being carried in when all the other dogs are on their feet.........I wish! She took my temperature, very degrading, and then said I was in perfect health. Such a result! She also said that I was really good today. Noting the knowing looks, I reckon they blame my Dad for my normal histrionics.

Now for the really good news. I'm allowed out again! It was so good to see my friends today and Charlotte gave me one of her teddies to celebrate.

I'm sleepy now so it's off to bed with Dad........night night.

Shake a Paw

Mum had to give me my tablet today as Dad went off to work. Being really bored, I decided to have some fun with her. I sat in the kitchen watching whilst she 'hid' it in a biscuit....no, don't fancy that......try again. Bossy boots picked me up and tried throwing it down my neck. I wasn't having that either and followed her back to the kitchen wondering what would happen next.

She found some left-over mackerel and wrapped it around the tablet. The fish was lovely, but the tablet ended up on the floor again! I started to feel a little bit guilty by this stage and even though I knew the tablet was hidden in the next bit of mackerel........I ate it.

Dad wouldn't believe a word of it and as I did 'shake a paw' tonight, he thinks that I'm the best dog in the world!

Scary Me

Guess where I had to go today? Back to that flippin' clinic. They promised me that after all I've been through and taking tablets for four days that I would be 'A1 ok' today. Not a chance. The vet reckons I'm too hot and gave me another four days of tablets.

I want to go out so much that I'm even looking forward to seeing my lead!

To make matters worse, Mum got a parcel today. I did try to help open it but she wasn't having any of it. Now all I get is 'sit and smile' along with loads of mutterings about black dogs and light!

Evil Returns!

The oldies decided that I was well enough to be left at home alone today and cleared off out for a couple of hours. I'm sure that they went to our usual places and I was in a bit of a strop over it. A big sulk and a couple of sad doggy howls went unheeded.

What next? Destruction. Did I have fun!!

Mum's book ripped to bits, an ornament knocked off Mum's bedside table, piddles and poos everywhere and I savaged a slipper!

I got away with it! Mum was cross but Dad gave me loads of cuddles. He falls for my sad, spaniel eyes every time.

Now, what can I do tomorrow?

I'm a Size Zero!

Most models would envy my new look. Skinny or what?!

I had another bad day, yesterday, with more injections which were really awful. None today and a clean bill of health............just some pills to take for another few days, just in case. Cool!

The vet and my Mum have grounded me though, until I start to put a little weight on. I've been scoffing, but I refuse to go past a size eight. Parents just don't understand street cred.

Such Pain

Dad took me to the clinic again today because I had to have three more injections into my back. I'm not a wimp and tried hard not to cry out but the pain was unbearable. I screamed and piddled all at the same time.

Poor Dad. He said that he'd never seen anything like it before and hopes he never does again.

At least I got to come back home. Mum is nagging because I'm so thin and won't eat. I just don't fancy anything and I'm a little worried about tomorrow's visit to the clinic.

Back to sleep, I think.

I'm Home

I'm more than a little shaky and have a needle stuck in my front paw but it is so nice to get out of that clinic.

All I need now is lots of sleep and my Dad!

Poor Clio

Clio is in the clinic after contracting the Parvo Virus.
The Vet says that she is no better and no worse but tonight will be crucial.
Please think of her xx
