Charlotte's Birthday

Mum and Dad went off to spend a couple of hours at Charlotte's birthday party earlier today. I'm sort of grounded because of my lady problems so I wasn't allowed to go.

I just get a quick walk around in the morning avoiding boy dogs which is a bit grim as I quite like the look of them at the moment. Dad says I'm a slapper!

Mum brought a lovely pink balloon home for me for a bit of a treat. Not a bit interesting.

A Shiny Mess

I so need a haircut but Mum says that I would be too cold and it would be better to wait for a few weeks. Can you make out my nose?

She's in charge of taking me out at the moment because Dad is working. The usual problem, I don't get let off my lead and I don't meet my mates at the bar even though I do try to drag her there!

New Year

Well, Mum says it is. I know that it's well cold when Dad takes me out during the evening and I'm well glad to be home again.

All the windows are closed which isn't normal and as I like to sit outside, I'm sulking.

I've been trying my hardest to get online all night but Mum has been chatting to Cousin Dean and this is my first chance to do my blog.

Rain

I really love getting wet. Dad has been taking me to the sports ground every morning and I can splash and skid through all the puddles. So good fun. Mum isn't too impressed and covers me with a towel as soon as I get indoors. Towels on the sofas too! I'm not sure where rain comes from though as it wasn't around last week.

That Christmas thing has turned up again and Mum has been sticking shiny things everywhere. Something called 'post' turns up too and we have lots of cards from people I don't know. Mum likes them though and says 'how lovely' everytime she gets one. I'm not sure that she's the full shilling.

Dad came up trumps this year. Last year I named and shamed him with the tiny Quality Street tin so he moved up a gear this year and got a medium sized one......by the time I'm ten we'll have the bumper edition!

Heck!

That time of year again. Mum and Dad took me to see the vet today as it was time for me to have my injections.

I was well brave. She checked everything out, my ears, teeth, eyes, temperature, my lady bits and then told us that I was really healthy. She promised me that I would get a treat if I was a good girl for my jabs so I sat down, suffered it and got three doggie chew sticks for my pains.

I weighed in at just over ten kilos, had loads of cuddles from both vets, loved every minute and can't wait for next year!

Auntie Shona

She's coming to stay again and arrives on Friday. I've been helping Mum to get her room ready and it's looking quite nice.

I've been looking everywhere for my red toy and there it was under the bed. Naughty Auntie Shona must have hidden it! I can't be cross because I'm so excited!
